The City of Alexandria seeks an Urban Planner II (Transportation Planner) to join the Transportation Planning Division, advancing transit and multimodal initiatives for a safer, more sustainable city. The role emphasizes data-driven analysis, public engagement, and collaborative problem solving to deliver meaningful improvements in mobility.

With a focus on transit planning and Complete Streets, you will work with the Transit Planning Program Manager and regional partners to shape policy,

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in regional/urban planning or related field.
Three years of experience or a Master's degree with 1 year experience.
Experience in transit planning and Complete Streets familiarity.
GIS or data analysis experience.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Mansioni
