Job summary

NEBCO, Inc. is seeking an experienced Ready Mixed Concrete truck driver to operate a transit mixer and deliver concrete to Lincoln and nearby communities. A $2,500 hiring bonus is offered.

The role requires a Class B CDL, Nebraska driver’s license, and ability to pass a DOT physical. You’ll perform safety checks, prep the mixer, and unload at job sites. Applicants must be able to work a flexible schedule including busy seasons and possible irregular hours.

Qualifications

• Must have a Class B CDL.
• Must hold a valid Nebraska driver’s license.
• DOT physical required and current.
• Ability to read and understand instructions, maps and tickets.
• Flexible work schedule, including busy seasons and irregular hours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver concrete to job sites in Lincoln, Palmyra and nearby areas.
• Perform pre- and post-trip safety checks on truck and equipment.
• Connect/prepare mixer for loading and unload concrete per contractor specs.
• Drive to designated sites and unload concrete as directed.
• Inspect site conditions for safety and coordinate any repairs as needed.
• Assist with plant duties during light workloads.
