Job summary

MetroLink Tulsa is seeking a Tech & Fleet Systems Specialist to oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of our fleet management technologies in a Tulsa-based role. You will manage telematics, GPS tracking, diagnostic software, and related digital tools to boost efficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance across the transportation fleet.

Qualifications

2+ years experience with electro-mechanical devices and technical equipment.
2-3 years of experience in fleet technology, transportation operations, or logistics.
Ability to read electrical and electronic schematics, drawings and wiring diagrams.

Responsibilities

Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of fleet management technologies.
Manage telematics systems, GPS tracking, diagnostic software, and other digital tools to improve efficiency and compliance.
Develop bus procurement specifications to align with operational and safety requirements.
Conduct on-site factory inspections during bus manufacturing to ensure quality control.
Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems per manufacturer specs and industry standards.
Test and troubleshoot on-board electronics and technology using precision tools.
Prepare and complete reports and technical documents accurately and timely.
Identify and implement efficiency improvements to enhance fleet performance and operations.
