Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of two years' facility maintenance experience.
• Boiler license or must obtain within 90 days of employment.
• Underground Storage Tank Certification process to be completed within 90 days.
• Must pass pre-employment drug test and background/ driving record checks.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, service, and maintain transit vehicles, buildings, and grounds.
• Assist with facility preventive maintenance and minor repairs.
• Perform custodial duties and maintain safety compliance.
• Notify management of needs and maintain fuel/lubricant inventories.
• Open/close facilities and secure premises at end of day.
