Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Shift Supervisor in San Jose for Transit Center. The role supervises security staff, coordinates service delivery on a shift basis, and serves as a liaison between site supervisors and officers to ensure safe, professional operations.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 21+ years old, strong communication, report-writing, and crisis management skills, plus a valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Pay is $26.76/hr.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prepare written reports and logs.
• Must pass background check and drug test.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly.
• Intermediate computer skills for wireless tech at client sites.
• Able to work in varying environments and lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff on assigned shift and provide coaching and discipline as needed.
• Coordinate delivery of quality security services on the shift for the client.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager and officers.
• Maintain logs and incident reports with clear, legible handwriting.
• Respond to crises calmly and effectively at the client site.
