What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead market and account research to evaluate hotel opportunities and grow market share across Transient accounts
- Plan and execute the Transient RFP process for a portfolio of hotels
- Engage business travelers using World of Hyatt tools to build loyalty
- Coordinate a team of Transient Specialists to deliver services as the program grows
- Coach team members to achieve high performance and influence leadership at various levels
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hotel sales or comparable experience
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in general computer knowledge, including Envision, Opera, Cvent, and Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
