Qualifications

• Licensure as ASCP (Medical Laboratory Scientist), SBB required.
• Five (5) years of blood bank/transfusion service experience.
• Three (3) years of supervisory/management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage performance improvement for transfusion services.
• Maintain compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
• Conduct monthly system staff meetings and employee reviews.
