Transformer Winding / Assembly Technician

Are you mechanically inclined and enjoy hands‑on work? We’re hiring technicians to help build industrial transformers used in clean energy and power systems. You’ll work with tools, follow blueprints, and assemble copper windings and components that go into our high‑power transformers.

What You’ll Do

• Use hand tools and measurement tools to assemble transformer parts
• Set up basic winding or assembly equipment
• Wind copper conductors and install insulation materials
• Perform simple quality checks to make sure the build looks correct
• Work safely in a production environment

What We’re Looking For

• Mechanical or electrical aptitude
• Comfortable using hand tools, measurement tools, and basic equipment
• Able to read and follow instructions or drawings
• Assembly, manufacturing, welding, or winding experience is a plus, not required
• Able to lift/move materials and stand throughout the shift
