Job summary

Reinhausen Inc. is seeking a seasoned professional to manage transformer service projects from quotation through execution, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.

You will lead technical sales efforts and support coordinators with complex turnkey quotations while overseeing multiple concurrent projects and guiding service teams to meet deadlines and quality standards. You will maintain project documentation, track financials, and report results to management, while building strong

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent transformer service experience.
• At least 3 years of project management; 5+ years in technical engineering or transformer installation.
• Familiarity with electrical systems wiring and metal fabrication is a plus.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Willing to travel and able to lift 35–60 lbs.

• You demonstrate strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills
• You are willing to travel and can lift 35–60 lbs
