Job summary

Forgent Power Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Lacing/Core & Coil Team Lead to oversee daily Lacing and Core & Coil Assembly operations on-site. You will ensure productive workflow, maintain quality, and uphold safety standards across the team.

The role requires supervising the transformers assembly process, coaching staff, and coordinating shifts to meet production goals while adhering to 5S practices and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising transformer assembly lines.
• Ability to lead a team and meet productivity targets.
• Familiarity with 5S and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Lacing and Core & Coil Assembly operations.
• Supervise team activities to maintain consistent speed and accuracy.
• Ensure production requirements and standards are met consistently.
• Lead, motivate, and train the team to achieve performance targets.
• Assist in scheduling shifts and ensure proper staffing levels.
• Provide coaching and feedback for skill development and accountability.
