Job summary

VanTran Industries, Inc. is seeking a Lacing/Core & Coil Team Lead to manage daily Lacing and Core & Coil Assembly operations on-site. You will drive productivity, uphold quality, and maintain a safe work environment while leading a manufacturing team.

The role requires supervising team activities, coaching staff, scheduling shifts, and onboarding new employees to ensure policy compliance and safety. Travel is not required.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Lacing and Core & Coil Assembly operations to ensure efficient workflow.
• Maintain high standards of productivity, quality and a safe working environment.
• Lead, motivate, and train team to achieve performance targets.
• Assist in scheduling work shifts and ensuring proper staffing levels.
