Wasatch Behavioral Health seeks a Full-Time Therapist for its School-Based Program serving Alpine School District. This onsite role delivers clinical services to students, collaborating with families and educators to support academic and emotional growth.

Licensed therapists or those pursuing licensure in Utah will provide individual, group, and family therapy, manage caseloads, and ensure timely documentation while engaging in school-based events and community partnerships.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, mental health counseling, marriage and family therapy or related field.
• Utah licensure as CSW, ACMHC, AMFT, LCSW, CMHC, or LMFT (or ability to obtain before starting).
• Experience with clinical assessment, treatment planning, and providing therapy.
• Ability to work with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy within school settings.
• Conduct assessments, diagnoses, treatment planning, and discharge planning.
• Maintain caseload with timely documentation.
• Collaborate with school staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans focused on student success.
• Support adolescents navigating emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges.
• Participate in school-based events, meetings, and resource nights as needed.
