Job summary

One Medical, based in Washington, DC, is seeking a physician trained in Internal or Family Medicine to join our full-time team at the Metro Center location. You will manage a patient panel, conduct acute, chronic, and well visits, and provide care in-office, at testing centers, or via tele-health.

You will collaborate with in-office and virtual teams, participate in weekly Clinical Rounds, and may supervise NP or PA colleagues.

Qualifications

  • Completed residency in Internal or Family Medicine.
  • Practiced outpatient primary care recently (2 of last 5 years).
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible with plans to certify within 1 year.
  • State license in Washington, DC, before start date.

Responsibilities

  • Managing a patient panel with a mix of acute, chronic and well visits.
  • Treating patients in-office or at testing centers and tele-health visits.
  • Participating in weekly Clinical Rounds and cross-team collaboration.
  • Collaborating with in-office and virtual clinical teams on care delivery.
  • Utilize clinical training and potentially perform in-office procedures.
  • Supervising one or more NP or PA colleagues.
  • Willing to obtain additional state licensure/credentialing for virtual care in other states.
