Job summary

One Medical in Washington, DC is hiring a clinician to manage a patient panel with diverse needs, delivering acute, chronic and well visits, in-office or testing centers, with occasional tele-health visits.

You will participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and collaborate with in-office and virtual teams, applying evidence-based primary care and utilizing technology to deliver high-quality care. Supervisory duties and credentialing for multi-state virtual care are possible.

Qualifications

• Completed or in-progress residency in Internal or Family Medicine.
• At least 2 of the last 5 years in outpatient primary care.
• Board certification or eligibility with plan to board-cert within 1 year.
• Licensed to practice in Washington, DC before start date.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic and well visits.
• Treat patients in-office, testing centers or via tele-health.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual teams daily.
• Utilize clinical training and perform in-office procedures when appropriate.
• Supervise one or more NP/PA colleagues and consider additional licensure for virtual care in other states.
