Qualifications

• Requires Occupational Therapist accreditation by the Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education.

• Home Health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete patient treatment according to plan of care.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
• Document accurately and timely according to regulatory requirements.
• May mentor new caregivers and provide clinical instruction.
