Qualifications
Requires Occupational Therapist accreditation by the Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education.
One year experience as Occupational Therapist preferred.
Home Health experience preferred.
Responsibilities
Evaluate assigned patients and establish treatment plan and goals.
Complete patient treatment according to plan of care.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
Document accurately and timely according to regulatory requirements.
May mentor new caregivers and provide clinical instruction.
Participate in quality improvement and monitoring activities.
