Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy professional program or equivalent education/experience.
• NBCOT certification required.
• California Occupational Therapist License required.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association required.

• Implement treatment plans and monitor progress toward goals.
• Perform discharge planning to transition patients toward maximum independence.
