Job summary

Dimock Center is hiring an OB/GYN provider (MD/DO or NP) to join our urban, multidisciplinary team in Roxbury, MA. This full-time, on-site role emphasizes comprehensive prenatal to gynecologic care and collaboration with physicians, nurses, and behavioral health staff.

Providers will contribute to quality improvement, patient-centered care, and health equity efforts within our community-focused program. Leadership growth opportunities are available based on interest and organizational needs.

Qualifications

• MD/DO or NP with OB/GYN expertise.
• Board-eligible or board-certified in OB/GYN (for physicians).
• Active MA medical license; eligible for hospital credentialing.
• BLS or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide prenatal, postpartum, preventive, reproductive, and gynecologic care.
• Coordinate referrals and transitions of care.
• Participate in quality improvement and population health initiatives.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to improve outcomes.
