Job summary

The Dimock Center Adult Medicine Department is seeking a Physician or Nurse Practitioner to join our team in providing high-quality, patient-centered primary care to our diverse urban community. This is an opportunity for a mission-driven provider who collaborates with a multidisciplinary team and develops projects in population health, quality improvement, and preventive care.

Qualifications

MD/DO with residency in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
APRN licensed in MA for NP applicants.
Board certified or board eligible; MA licensure and BLS within 90 days.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care, integrating preventive, chronic disease, and acute care.
Coordinate diagnostic studies, hospital transitions, and referrals with team support.
Maintain accurate, thorough documentation in the electronic health record.
Participate in and contribute to quality improvement, population health, and clinic-based initiatives.
Identify and lead projects aligned with clinical interests to improve patient and community health.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to address medical, behavioral, and social needs.
Engage in teaching and mentoring within The Dimock Center and our academic training partnerships.
