Job summary

Post-Acute Rehab Solutions is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide skilled home health services in Center, TX. The OT will partner with patients to restore motion and maximize their functional outcomes, promoting movement, prevention, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation in a patient-centered plan of care.

Requirements include an active TX license, OT liability insurance in TX, and a graduate degree or higher in Occupational Therapy.

Qualifications

• Active license in TX required.
• OT liability insurance in TX required.
• Graduate degree or greater in Occupational Therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled home health OT services to patients who qualify for Medicare home health care.
• Work with a patient-focused team to restore motion and maximize quality of life during home visits.
