Job summary

Atlantic Health in Morristown, NJ, seeks an innovative physician leader to serve as Executive Vice President (EVP) and President, Physician Enterprise. You will drive a cohesive, multi-specialty enterprise integrated across the health system, leading transformational culture focused on high-quality, patient-centered care and access.

You will partner with the CFO, CMO and CHSO to align independent, affiliated, and employed physicians with growth, access, quality, value, and service line

Responsibilities

• Lead the advancement of the physician enterprise into a mature, cohesive and contemporary multi-specialty enterprise fully integrated across the health system.
• Develop an enterprise-wide physician strategy engaging independent, affiliated, and employed physicians around growth, access, quality, value, and service line priorities.
• Provide strong leadership, partnership, and oversight of Service Lines and operating infrastructure to support system goals.
• Collaborate with the CFO, CMO, and CHSO to drive organizational performance through technology to improve clinician workflows and patient access.
• Build trust with physicians, address historical friction, and create mutually beneficial models of partnership and alignment.
