Job summary

DigiKey Electronics is seeking a Program Manager to lead the full lifecycle of strategic transformation initiatives across the Transformation Office. You will coordinate scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, dependencies, decisions, and implementation readiness to realize business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
• PMP or PgMP certification preferred
• 7+ years in program or project management
• Experience managing multiple interconnected projects/workstreams
• Proven track record delivering large-scale enterprise transformation programs
• Strong background in both Agile and traditional project management
• Experience with Oracle, Manhattan, or Salesforce OMS platforms

Responsibilities

• Lead Transformation Programs and drive planning, execution and delivery
• Develop and maintain program roadmap, milestones, dependencies, and delivery plan
• Measure ROI and track costs and benefits realized
• Manage relationships with business units, IT and vendors
• Engage stakeholders and report status, risks and resolutions
• Establish and monitor change management strategies and adoption
• Governance and reporting, track KPIs and provide updates
• Plan resources and address capacity constraints with functional leaders
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and PM practice evolution
• Manage vendor commitments, risks and dependencies where applicable
• Mentor project managers within Transformation Office
