Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in San Francisco is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead SAP ISU transformation initiatives in the Utilities sector. The role focuses on end-to-end delivery and heavy stakeholder coordination on large-scale programs.

You will manage budgets, align with customer PMO, and ensure milestones are met while delivering the right SAP-based solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience managing very large transformation programs, preferably SAP-based.
• Domain experience in Utilities, especially utility billing.
• Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder programs (> $10M) from customer and vendor sides.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Program management of large transformations involving SAP ISU.
• End-to-end delivery ownership for the program.
• Manage high-value stakeholders including other vendors.
• Collaborate with Customer PMO to define and manage the financials.
• Coordinate with Architecture/Solution teams to ensure right solution delivery.
• Track delivery milestones and avoid gaps or delays.
• Ensure the team has necessary information and support to meet timelines.

Salary Range: $120,000 -$150,000 year
