Ford is seeking a Transformation Management Organization Analyst to drive end-to-end transformation of Industrial System processes. You will provide technical program support, analyze execution gaps, and ensure cross-functional alignment with milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Analytics and 2+ years experience.
• Project Management Prowess: A proven track record of successful technical project support, data analysis, or engineering role.
• Technical Precision: Attention to schedule logic, milestone tracking, and risk registers.
• Agility & Adaptability: Move between projects and learn new domains quickly.
• Strong Program Communication and Influence: Translate data into guidance and drive alignment without direct authority.
• Strong Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build relationships and drive alignment across departments.

Responsibilities

• Provide Technical Project Support across cross-functional transformation initiatives.
• Conduct execution gap analysis to identify milestones, issues, and risks.
• Collaborate with Industrial System teams to implement integrated solutions.
• Maintain KPI monitoring for project health and data quality for leadership.
• Utilize TPMF and digital tools to ensure data integrity and predictive tracking.
• Support disciplined execution and continuous improvement in project delivery.
• Navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities with resilience.
• Create and maintain robust R.A.I.D. logs and baseline schedules.
• Serve as a technical PM resource for standardized framework requirements.
