ADUSA Distribution is seeking a Manager I, Supply Chain Transformation to shape the future of our network. You will design and analyze supply chain networks, translate growth plans into executable programs, and lead cross-functional teams across operations, engineering, IT, finance and transportation.

You will drive governance, develop business cases, and deliver executive-level insights with dashboards and performance metrics, influencing leadership and accelerating continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 4-7 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, analytics, project management, or related functions.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives, large-scale projects, or transformation-focused workstreams.
  • Working knowledge of distribution center operations and transportation networks.
  • Familiarity with WMS, TMS, ERP platforms, and analytical tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization solutions.
  • Understanding of project management methodologies and continuous improvement practices.
  • Knowledge of financial analysis and business case development for operational initiatives.

Position Summary

Are you passionate about shaping the future of supply chain operations? As a Manager I, Supply Chain Transformation, you'll play an important role in helping drive strategic transformation initiatives that support the long-term network strategy of ADUSA Distribution & Transportation. You'll work alongside leaders and cross-functional teams to design, analyze, and implement initiatives focused on network optimization, facility transformation, transportation improvements, and process modernization.

In this role, you'll leverage data, operational expertise, and project management disciplines to turn growth strategies and volume forecasts into executable plans that improve service, capacity, and cost performance. You'll help guide business case development, operational readiness, governance activities, and implementation planning while gaining broad exposure across operations, engineering, finance, technology, and transportation functions.

What You'll Do
Drive Strategic Network Design & Analysis
  • Support the evaluation and design of supply chain network strategies, including flow-path optimization, facility layout concepts, and operational process improvements.
  • Conduct data analysis, scenario modeling, and forecasting to develop strategic recommendations.
  • Translate enterprise growth plans and volume projections into actionable operational solutions.
  • Develop business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and investment recommendations to support transformation initiatives.
Lead Program & Project Execution
  • Support the planning and execution of transformational initiatives from concept through implementation.
  • Track milestones, identify risks, and provide project status reporting to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure operational readiness and successful implementation sequencing.
  • Manage project scope, dependencies, timelines, and issue resolution within assigned workstreams.
  • Ensure governance standards, project methodologies, and documentation practices are consistently applied.
Partner Across the Organization
  • Collaborate with operations, engineering, IT, finance, transportation teams, and external partners to align initiatives with business objectives.
  • Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and design reviews that drive alignment and execution.
  • Communicate project progress, risks, recommendations, and key decisions to stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Support relationships with vendors, consultants, and other external partners as needed.
Advance Continuous Improvement & Innovation
  • Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and structured problem-solving methodologies to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Support the evaluation and implementation of operational, process, and technology enhancements.
  • Contribute to standardization efforts, best practices, and lessons learned that strengthen transformation capabilities across the organization.
Support Talent Development & Organizational Excellence
  • Partner with senior leaders to develop transformation, leadership, and project management capabilities.
  • Mentor analysts and project contributors on assigned initiatives.
  • Help create tools, templates, and documentation that improve execution consistency and organizational effectiveness.
Deliver Executive-Level Insights
  • Prepare dashboards, reports, and performance metrics focused on cost, service, and capacity outcomes.
  • Develop clear, concise presentations that translate complex data into actionable business recommendations for leadership teams.

Salary
  • $92,640-138,960, depending on experience.
