Base pay range

$120,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr

Position Summary

We are seeking a high-performing Transformation Manager to partner directly with the CEO to lead and execute strategic transformation initiatives across the organization. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Execution:

• Drive cross-functional transformation initiatives from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with CEO priorities and business objectives.
• Lead high-visibility projects with clear milestones, timelines, KPIs, and stakeholder accountability.
• Act as the CEO's strategic partner on priority initiatives—preparing materials, managing action items, and maintaining execution momentum.
• Business Intelligence & Analysis:
• Evaluate performance metrics and analyze financial and operational data to support executive decision-making with actionable insights.
• Connect strategic dots across finance, operations, customer needs, and organizational objectives to enable informed change.
• Prepare executive updates, board materials, and transformation status reports with exceptional clarity and precision.
• Cross-Functional Leadership:
• Collaborate across departments (Finance, Operations, Commercial, HR) to align resources and eliminate roadblocks.
• Support the rollout of new processes, systems, and organizational structures with effective communication and adoption strategies.
• Influence and engage stakeholders at all levels to ensure successful change management.
  
  

What You Bring

Experience & Expertise:

• 5–10 years of experience in consulting, project management, transformation, or operational leadership roles.
• Proven track record of managing strategic initiatives end-to-end in fast-paced or evolving business environments.
• Strong financial acumen with comfort in P&L analysis, budgeting, and performance metrics interpretation.
