• Experience as CFO or senior finance executive in high-growth, transformation-focused settings.
• Private equity experience with value creation outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global finance organization and partner with senior leaders to drive growth and value creation.
• Develop and execute financial strategy to support innovation and CrossFit’s affiliate ecosystem.
• Oversee capital allocation, budgeting, and financial planning/analysis.
