Ladders is seeking a Transformation Architect - Enterprise, Remote (US based). You will shape enterprise transformation initiatives with emphasis on cybersecurity, networking, and modern security architecture, partnering across teams to design secure, scalable solutions.

You will mentor colleagues, influence stakeholders, and drive adoption of emerging technologies into day-to-day workflows, including evaluating current environments and defining future-state designs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Networking and Cybersecurity.
• Advanced degree or equivalent experience in technical domains and relevant certifications.
• Deep knowledge of NIST Zero Trust Architecture.
• Comprehensive understanding of Networking and Security environments.
• Demonstrated curiosity about AI tools and integrating new technologies into workflows.

For our client, we are seeking a Transformation Architect - Enterprise, Central to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will shape enterprise transformation initiatives with a strong focus on cybersecurity, networking, and modern security architecture. You will partner across teams to assess current environments, define future-state designs, and drive adoption of secure, scalable approaches. The position also calls for influencing stakeholders, mentoring others, and helping integrate emerging technologies into day-to-day workflows.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $175,875 – $251,250 annually
