Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline; MBA preferred.
Experience leading enterprise IT transformation and AI-enabled initiatives.
Strong stakeholder management, executive presentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and drive enterprise-wide digital transformation and M&A initiatives from discovery through delivery.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from multiple stakeholders.
Translate requirements into functional specs, user stories, and process workflows.
Analyze current processes and recommend technology-driven improvements.
Identify opportunities for process optimization using Generative AI and automation.
Prepare business cases, solution proposals, and project documentation.
Define KPIs, track delivery, and report progress to leadership.
Identify risks and dependencies across cross-functional teams.
Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and UAT.
Foster alignment and adoption with business and engineering teams.
Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and industry best practices.
