First Quality is seeking an experienced SAP Transportation Management (TM) specialist to own TM configurations, integration, and end-to-end transportation processes. You will troubleshoot, document, and ensure system consistency across ECC and S/4HANA environments.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in SAP TM, proven end-to-end implementations, and strong collaboration skills with IT and business teams. A hybrid role requires coordination with multiple stakeholders across U.S. campuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, CS, or related field; 5+ years SAP TM experience.
• 5+ years implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP TM modules; two full-cycle implementations.
• Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration across IT and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Map and transform data between SAP TM and other enterprise systems.
• Configure SAP TM end-to-end transportation processes and troubleshoot issues.
• Document configurations, test plans, and ensure environments stay synchronized.
• Lead design, testing, and implementation phases with business transportation teams.
• Write functional and technical specs for new developments.
