Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage high volumes while maintaining quality and consistency.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound client communication across email, chat, and phone.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients completing brokerage and retirement account transfers.
• Educate and guide clients through the transfer process with clarity and empathy.
