Job summary

Chadwell Supply is a family-owned maintenance supply company with 30 branches nationwide. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, and detail-minded individual to work as a Chadwell Supply Transfer Supervisor.

The Transfer Supervisor ensures products are correctly stocked and shelved in proper bin locations and that quantities in the computer system are accurate. The role may include pulling orders, making deliveries, handling local vendor pickups, and investigating discrepancies

Qualifications

• 21 years or older.
• In good physical condition; able to lift 60+ pounds and stand for long periods.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment including sit-down forklifts, standing forklifts, and standing order selectors.
• 1 year of leadership experience.
• Experience supervising 4+ people.

Responsibilities

• Supervise associates as they select product from warehouse stocking locations to fill pick tickets.
• Maintain accuracy and promptness in pulling items in correct quantity.
• Record pulled quantities and serial numbers on pick tickets or in computer systems.
• Package and prepare pulled orders, including labeling for customer name.
• Assist in staging and loading pulled orders into delivery vehicles.
• Assist in unloading product from receiving containers as needed.
• Assist in stocking and warehouse projects as needed.
• Assist in down-stocking from overstock to keep picking locations stocked to desired levels.
• Ensure accurate recording of all stocked products by bin location and quantity.
