• Fee collection: Calculating and collecting tipping fees from truck drivers based on the weight of their loads.
• Load inspection: Visually checking truck loads for prohibited materials like hazardous waste or liquids, and notifying appropriate personnel if issues are found.
• Compliance checks: Ensuring that waste disposal regulations are followed by drivers.
• Customer service: Interacting with truck drivers, providing information about the weighing process, and addressing any concerns.
