The course helps transfer students understand and navigate the university, connect with campus resources and communities, and develop practical strategies for academic, personal, and career success. The Adjunct Instructor will create an inclusive, engaging learning environment that encourages students to actively participate, reflect on their experiences, develop connections to the university, and take ownership of their academic and personal success.**Duties/Responsibilities:****(75%) Teaching*** Teach the Transfer Seminar according to the approved course description, learning outcomes, and course curriculum. Facilitate engaging, student-centered online sessions that address the academic, personal, and professional transition needs of transfer students.**(25%) Evaluation*** Provide clear instructions, timely feedback, and appropriate support for course assignments and activities.
