Qualifications

• 4.5+ years of experience in public accounting tax or international tax/transfer pricing.
• CPA, EA, CFA, CVA, or advanced degree such as a JD, LLM, PhD, or a Master's in a related business field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the preparation, review, and delivery of detailed transfer pricing studies aligned with global compliance requirements.
• Design and strategize robust transfer pricing policies while delivering advisory solutions to multinational clients.
• Conduct advanced analysis using economic, financial, and industry data to inform recommendations and mitigate risk.
• Drive client discovery through functional interviews, translating insights into TP frameworks.
• Manage and mentor cross-functional teams and direct reports to ensure project excellence.
• Cultivate client partnerships and drive business development across industries and geographies.
• Champion strategic initiatives to align with evolving tax regulations and firm capabilities.
• Deliver UCX by embedding quality, responsiveness, and innovation in engagements.
