PwC is seeking a Transfer Pricing - Japanese Business Network - Intern to support our Tax Services team. You will engage in projects, perform basic tasks, and conduct research while learning PwC’s practices.

The role focuses on gaining exposure to transfer pricing and global tax concepts within a Multinational firm environment. You will work with the Japanese Business Network, observe seasoned professionals, and contribute to intercompany pricing strategies.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed Bachelor's in Accounting, Economics, or Finance.
• Minimum 3.0 overall GPA.
• Business-level fluency in Japanese and English.

Responsibilities

• Support teams in navigating global tax landscapes.
• Assist in optimizing tax strategies and minimizing risks.
• Assist in preparing and filing consolidated tax returns for multinational companies.
• Research and analyze transfer pricing regulations to drive compliance.
• Contribute to development of intercompany pricing aligned with value creation.
• Observe and learn from PwC professionals in international taxation.
• Collaborate with the Japanese Business Network for cultural understanding and market insight.
