As a Transfer Pricing - Associate, you will engage in navigating the complexities of the global tax landscape, optimizing intercompany pricing to align with value creation and tax efficiency. Within our Tax practice, you will be part of a team that assists businesses in designing and implementing effective international tax and legal structures, reinforcing compliance with cross-border regulations. This role offers the chance to work closely with clients, helping them to optimize their tax strategy and seize opportunities in an ever-changing tax environment.
As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources. In increasingly complex situations, you will build acumen to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, embrace ambiguity, ask questions, and use these challenges as opportunities for growth.
In this role, you will support senior staff, engage in research, and participate in project tasks, all while developing a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is changing.
The salary range for this position is: $53,500 - $142,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
