Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative or client services experience in a professional office.
• Experience in banking or financial services is preferred.
• Experience handling documents and records management.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve client transfer requests to/from contra firms.
• Make routine phone calls to contra firms regarding status of transfers.
• Verify legal documents and client signatures accompanying transfer requests.
• Maintain accurate records and notes for regulatory timeframes.
• Reconcile client accounts and prepare client correspondence.
• Support department productivity through meetings and training.
