Job summary

Tower Health is seeking a Transfer Center Nurse to coordinate patient movements across its hospitals in Pennsylvania. You will collaborate with physicians and staff to prioritize and expedite admissions and transfers to maximize efficiency.

This role requires strong communication, teamwork, and nursing knowledge to support rapid, accurate patient placement across the Tower Health system.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
• RN license in PA (PA Registered Nurse).

Job Summary

• The Transfer Center Nurse coordinates the movement and placement of all patients within the Health System, including but not limited to transfers, direct admits, and admissions to all Tower Hospitals.
• This position works in conjunction with physicians and hospital staff to prioritize and communicate with all departments as appropriate to maximize efficiency and expedite the admission and transfer processes.
