Job summary

Qualifications

• Selected candidate should have experience using data, evaluating the marketplace and analyzing for results and trends in undergraduate recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the organization in all parts of the transfer process and develop/implement marketing plans for transfer recruitment.
• Oversee the transfer application review process and participate in undergraduate admission management.
• Manage staff: recruit, screen, hire, train, schedule, assess performance and provide feedback.
• Provide policy interpretation and review, and decide exception requests as appropriate.
