The role develops and implements international recruitment strategies, oversees partnerships in key global markets, and guides credential evaluation and admission policies for international applicants.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory recruitment and admissions experience.
• Experience with financial aid policies is required.
• Master's degree preferred; Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in international undergraduate admissions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute international undergraduate recruitment strategies in partnership with admission leadership.
• Set goals for assigned international territories and evaluate outcomes.
• Build and maintain relationships with schools, counselors, and international partners.
• Review complex international applications and provide guidance on decisions.
• Interpret admission policies and counsel prospective students and families.
• Manage staff, programs, budgets, and operational processes.
