Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled as a student at The New School.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to move ideas forward into implementation.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at multiple levels across the organization.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive).
  • Familiarity with design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Performing some AV and light IT
  • Providing general administrative support to the Program Director and Program Administrator
  • Coordinate multiple events throughout the academic year, including communication and logistics
  • Design marketing materials and event-related materials
  • Coordinate with the Program Administrator to order equipment and supplies for TD Studio and Cave Space
  • This role provides general administrative and operational support to program leadership, including basic AV and IT tasks, and manages equipment and supply orders for specialized studio spaces.
