Job summary

LifeStance Health Inc. in Lakeland, FL, is seeking a motivated TMS Technician to join our in-office team delivering Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation for depression. You will work under the physician, administer and manage clinical services, interact with patients, and support office operations.

Starting pay is $21.00 per hour with potential quarterly bonuses. Travel within the region may be required; benefits include health, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, paid leave, and life

Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant certification preferred.
• Two+ years of related experience in a healthcare setting.
• BLS and CPR certification.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with exposure to data management software.
• Experience with operating a medical/mechanical device.
• Strong communication skills and detail oriented.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Engage with patients to discuss TMS procedures and schedule consultations.
• Handle TMS-related calls and provide information and assistance.
• Assess eligibility of new patients and schedule initial consultations.
• Contact patients and answer calls to schedule appointments.
• Address inquiries related to payment and facilitate collections.
• Coordinate insurance information and manage prior authorizations.
• Ensure new patient paperwork is completed and uploaded to charts.

This position will offer the opportunity to provide patient care with a breakthrough treatment modality for the treatment of depression. We are seeking an individual that will be trained to administer in office therapeutic treatments under the direction of our Physician.
