BCG Attorney Search is seeking a mid-level associate attorney to join its transactional practice in Denver, CO. The role involves sophisticated deal work across airports, real estate, infrastructure, and more, with ownership of complex matters and strong commercial judgment.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of transactional experience, excellent drafting and negotiation skills, and a collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset. A JD from an ABA-accredited school and admission in CO/NY/CA preferred.
