DUAL North America, Inc. is offering an Underwriting Intern, Transactional Risk position in New York, NY. You will work with experienced underwriters on real submissions, learn pricing and risk assessment, and gain practical underwriting skills during a structured internship this summer.

You’ll contribute to team projects, help organize data, and build a foundation for a career in underwriting within a people‑first, growth‑oriented company.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in risk, business, finance, or related field.
• Graduating between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Basic understanding of insurance principles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with underwriters to review submissions and assess risk suitability.
• Learn risk assessment, pricing, and underwriting strategy through real examples.
• Organize underwriting information, update records, and ensure accuracy.
• Research industry trends and market insights, summarizing findings for the team.
• Contribute to team projects and day‑to‑day coordination in a professional setting.
