You will work with experienced underwriters, review submissions, and learn risk assessment while supporting team projects. Ideal candidates are enrolled in a bachelor's program with a focus on risk management or business, graduating between late 2027 and mid-2028, and possess strong attention to detail

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program with anticipated graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Major in risk management, business, finance, or a related field preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Partner with underwriters to review insurance submissions and assess risk fit.
• Learn fundamentals of risk assessment, pricing, and underwriting strategy through real examples.
• Organize underwriting information, update records, and keep details accurate and accessible.
• Research industry trends and market insights, then summarize findings for the team.
• Contribute to team projects and day-to-day coordination in a professional setting.
