The Transaction Risk Monitoring Analyst III will work closely with the Transaction Risk Manager for RealPage Payments Processing Services Inc (RPPSI) a Third-Party Payments Processor (TPPP). This position assists in the day-to-day support of Transaction Monitoring (TM) control processes and works to identify and assess various transaction related risks throughout the assigned business lines.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manages alerts and escalations for various RealPage Payments product segments.
  • Completes investigative reporting for case management
  • Escalates case to Transaction Risk Manager for review and reporting
  • Participates in BSA/AML/Fraud compliance training
  • Prepares KPI and KRI reporting for Transaction Monitoring Program
  • Works with TM leadership and third-party vendors in beta environments for scenario designs and implementation
  • Responsible for quality control reviews for transaction risk monitoring team
  • Performs reviews and dispositions alerts from OFAC screening
  • Supports a Culture of Compliance for the company through communications and actions

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

  • Five plus years of BSA/ AML/ OFAC, KYC, EDD, Financial crime investigations, and SAR reporting experience
  • CAMS certified
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Timely, accurate and efficient processing of departmental reports, projects, and tasks related to applicable regulatory compliance
  • General understanding of banking operations
  • Ability to prioritize work deliverables along with good time management skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but professional experience may be considered in lieu of education
  • Experience in the fintech industry is advantageous
  • Excellent research and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of complex financial transactions and business relationships

**Candidate must be located within the state of Texas or be willing to travel to Headquarters in Richardson, TX for exams (4 in total)
