Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant transactional experience, preferably in commercial real estate, leasing, banking, lending, finance, or related practice.
• Experience with commercial leasing, loan documentation, due diligence, title, survey, and closing-related matters.
• Excellent writing, analytical, research, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple assignments efficiently.
• Virginia Bar admission required or ability to waive into the Virginia Bar; Maryland/DC admission a plus.
