We are partnering with a highly respected NYC midsize firm —a strong BigLaw alternative—seeking a Transactional Real Estate Associate.

Ideal Candidate

• 4th or 5th year level
• Experience handling commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions transactions
• 1800 billable requirement
• 4 days in office
• Licensed in NY

The firm operates on an 1,800-hour billable model with four days in the office.
