The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of law firm experience, transactional exposure in commercial real estate, and advanced Word (styles/redlining) and Acrobat skills. Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of law firm experience.
• Transactional experience required; commercial real estate preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Word, including styles and redlining, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Strong command of Microsoft Outlook.
• Working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the Real Estate Development and Investments practice in a fast-paced environment.
• Prepare documents with Word styles and redlining, and manage PDFs in Acrobat.
• Assist with transactional tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Coordinate communications with clients and internal teams.
• Maintain organized files and assist with workflow administration.
