Attorney – Transactional Law
Location: Knoxville, TN

A respected firm in Knoxville is seeking an experienced Transactional Attorney with 7+ years of practice to join their team. This role is ideal for a motivated attorney with a strong background in corporate and commercial transactions who is ready to take on significant responsibility in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise clients on a wide range of corporate and transactional matters
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
  • Provide counsel on corporate governance, business structuring, and compliance issues
  • Support clients in mergers, acquisitions, and other complex business transactions
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver strategic, business-oriented legal solutions
Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active admission to the Tennessee Bar (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in transactional and corporate law
